Glengarry Village Phase 4, 5 & 6 Homeowners Association.
 
Glengarry Village is a well-established single-family residential subdivision located in Canton Township, north of Palmer Road and east of Canton Center Road. The Glengarry Village Phase 4, 5, and 6 Homeowners Association is responsible for 218 single-family residences located on the following streets:
      • Glengarry Boulevard (North and South) from Fenwick Drive to Palmer Road
      • Bentley Court
      • Seabrook Drive
      • Fenwick Drive
      • Kensington Drive
      • Weymouth Drive
      • Lanhan Court
      • Tremont Road
      • Bridgewater Court
The Glengarry Village Subdivision consists of four independently governed homeowners associations. This website serves the residents of Phases 4, 5, and 6 exclusively. Phases 1, 2, and 3 are managed by separate associations. Real Estate Companies, Mortgage Companies and Title Companies seeking a "Dues Status Letter" are requested to send an email to the HOA Board. Please allow 5 business days for all requests.
 
HOA Dues deadline is February 15, 2026.  See FAQ for payment information.
